I would question whether The Valley has 'redevelopment potential', although the railway line is not the issue. There is limited access; the stadium has a different planning designation; and demolition costs would be substantial.
Richard Cawley has commented: ''I'm not saying he is wrong but there are things I've never heard. Info I received was TS never pulled plug over percentage with Methven's group and the railway angle about halting development is a new one!"
