Commenting on Kaheim Dixon, Nathan Jones told Richard Cawley: 'He'll need to get up to speed physically - not technically. He is a wonderful player technically. He has something really different. He is a good athlete but, with the greatest respect where he has come from, and the training regime he will have had - including the sports science - he needs to develop a little bit more.'
;But we'll see him soon. We've got to make sure we are careful with him and then we can see what he is all about.'
