Richard Cawley has tweeted that the takeover of Charlton by Andrew Muir is at the fit and proper persons stage. He states, 'I'd been asking question earlier this week about how long that can take, and the answer is no definitive timescale. EFL can ask other authorities to get involved if they have any concerns or things which need greater scrutiny.'
Whether Skippy the Kangaroo is a fit and proper person to be a mascot might be one issue.
