Pearce considers that he still has a lot to give and I think that he put in a good performance at Cambridge last night, making some decisive interventions. There is a pace issue, but on the other hand he has a great deal of experience. Hopefully, he can be offered a contract that enables him to develop his coaching work while making him available as a back up member of the squad.
