Ryan Inniss took part for 30 minutes. Some Charlton fans were concerned that was all he could manage, but Johnnie Jackson explained it was part of a detailed plan to have him ready for the opening league game against the Massives.
Ben Purrington had to come off with an injury and it is still being assessed. Some fans don't rate 'The Cat', but I think he is a competent defender capable of getting forward.
