Charlton's Academy was featured at the end of ITV's EFL show this morning. Apparently it is ranked 8th of all 92 academies, although I am not sure how this is calculated - didn't get us Category 1 status.
Ben Garner said that the first team would have struggled this season without Academy players. Miles Leaburn said there was a family feeling all the way through the club. Steve Avory and Deji Elerewe were also interviewed.
