Karlan Ahearne-Grant has told the Football League Paper that his career-best form is down to one man - Harry Kewell. Ahearne-Grant has scored eight goals in nine games heading into the Easter weekend.
'Harry's a huge inspiration,' said Ahearne-Grant. 'He's a big character too. He's my manager of the moment and he knows what it's like to feed players confidence. It's good to work with him. It's been a pleasure. I think he can definitely go far.'
Ahearne-Grant said that he and Kewell won't be distracted by reports that the Australian is going to take over at Charlton from Lee Bowyer.
