CARD has called for a boycott at The Valley if Roland is still in charge when the new season kicks off: Boycott call.
I'm not personally convinced that this is a good idea. Fans are fed up with Roland, but he does want to go.
It's difficult to get reliable information on the takeover. Sources close to the Australians are claiming that it is a formality just awaiting EFL approval.
Meanwhile, Richard Cawley of the SLP has tweeted: 'Injuries have been an issue all through the Duchatelet era and 2018-19 is looking like it won't buck that trend. {As well as Vetokele] Clarke, Dijksteel and Reeves also out at the moment.'
Every team gets injuries - 4 should not be a problem unless you have a paper thin squad like we do.
ReplyDeleteAs for the protests, fans should be fed up with the Australians. They are the ones holding up the process. You can't expect Roland to be investing in the team at this time.
