Tony Jiminez, former co-owner of Charlton Athletic, has been ordered by the Court of Appeal to reveal details of his tax affairs. He has also been ordered to provide information about his use of chauffeur driven cars when visiting the UK: Jiminez
Jiminez had claimed he was not required to reveal the information as he was resident in Dubai.
Jiminez has been involved in previous court cases pertaining to Charlton which revealed details of his plan to move the club to the peninsula: New stadium plan
