Huge respect for Sarr. Could easily have given up on his Charlton career, shown great mental strength to take his chance this season and prove the ability that his career in youth football intimated. Never thought I'd say this but he'd be my first pick at centre back now when they're all fit. If it weren't for Taylor he'd even be my POTY.
