Of course, one question is always who can 'represent' fans given their heterogeneous views. He envisages that CAST would nominate one member alongside several others.
I think it is important that the 'old guard' is not over represented. We need younger fans with new ideas who are social media savvy.
Peter Varney has tweeted this morning about a 90 minute discussion he had with the new owner. Varney expressed his appreciation of the way in which Sandgaard recognised the part he played in the acquisition of the club.
Richard Cawley has tweeted: 'Think that is a real shame that Peter Varney not involved moving forward. Genuine expertise on how to run a football club. Was very pivotal to knitting things together when Chris Powell's side rampaged to the League One title.'
This could work the previous board ran out of ideas and that can still be seen with this transfer window Thomas needs to make changes in the recruitment areas of the club b4 January
