The flamboyant player has apparently stopped training for 'a number of reasons'. Indeed, it appears that he has been absent from Sparrows Lane for reasons that are unclear. There have been claims of tensions between him and sanguine supremo Lee Bowyer.
We are not quite at the stage where we need to put up 'Missing' posters in SE7, but it could come to that.
Meanwhile, Conor Washington picked up a calf strain last night. I think that his contribution is sometimes underestimated.
