Shrewsbury Town are hoping to make progress towards their target of a 13th place finish at The Valley tomorrow. Away from home, Shrewsbury have won just three games, but have drawn seven. They are marginally ahead of Charlton in the form table.
The danger man for Shrewsbury could be golden boot candidate and former Leamington ace Daniel Udoh.
We have played the Shrews quite a lot in recent years and they have been something of a thorn in our side: https://www.castrust.org/2022/04/last-chance-saloon-against-the-shrews/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=last-chance-saloon-against-the-shrews
Even if we win, there is hardly likely to be a celebratory mood at The Valley after a disappointing season. I correctly forecast a 0-2 win at Cambridge at the beginning of the season so I will stick with my Badger League prediction of a 2-1 win tomorrow.
