As is so often the case with a departing player, the words that come to mind are those used by the cinema newsreels when Neville Chamberlain was replaced by Winston Churchill in 1940: 'Thanks for all you tried to do.'
Craig took a lot of unfair criticism from a section of our support. Most of the time he played behind an ever changing and rarely competent defence. I wish him well at Burton.
