The appeal against Lyle Taylor's suspension was unsuccessful and he has apologised on social media which would seem to be completely unnecessary as he was sinned against rather than sinning. Accrington's keeper has had his red card overturned.
Shocking decision not to reconsider Taylor's sending off but at least Finley has been caught for his raking of studs. Sykes too should have been facing a ban.
