Reeves needs to get stuck right in, run, tackle and take some elementary care with his woeful dead balls, in short he's got to begin to look like he cares one jot and isn't the mercenary lightweight shirker we've seen so far in his select few appearances. I think the modern parlance is 'earn the right'. He's way too slight to play centrally and his right foot is barely useful for standing on so his only utility is wide left and that requires relentless aerobic exertion in what is the simplest job on the park. Leave it all on the pitch or do the other thing.
