Richard Cawley of the SLP is reporting that Charlton are to sign Preston North End keeper Chris Maxwell on loan: Loan signing
This news will not go down well with Dillon Phillips and his many fans, but Cawley's report appears to imply that Maxwell will not necessarily be first choice, but will offer realistic competition between the sticks.
Richard Cawley of the SLP has tweeted, 'Word on the street about Maxwell is that his distribution is excellent. Comes with a very decent Championship reputation.'

who is funding these transfers Williams must be on around 10k a week while Maxwell the same my maths a bit sht these days but I work that's 20k a week on 2 players wages so who is funding that?
