My pharmacist is a worried man

My pharmacist is a dead keen Sunderland fan and he told me this afternoon that he is worried about Saturday's fixture at The Valley. He fears that Sunderland will come third behind Portsmouth and Luton and then be defeated again by Charlton in the play offs.

Sunderland supremo Jack Ross has said this afternoon: 'I thought from the first game of the season that they[Charlton] would be around us. I think they've shown that as the season has gone on and their home form in particular is very good.'

Three Charlton fans have been selected to take penalties at half time to commemorate the 'greatest game'.
